How We Work - Terms and Conditions of Business

1. Requesting work

We ask all new clients to complete and return a work agreement prior to commencing an assignment. This will include agreed timescales for work and that you accept our terms and conditions.

We'll need you to complete the contact form for requesting work giving as much detail as possible.

All work will be completed on 80gsm paper unless otherwise requested.  Work will be billed at hourly rates in 15 minutes increments.

We proof-read all our work for errors before returning it to you but the final proofing will remain your responsibility.  Any work returned within 48hrs will be corrected free of charge but any substantial amendments/additions to work will incur the standard hourly rate.
Work will be returned by 1st class post/email and any postal charges will be added to your invoice.

We recommend that you insure valuable items you send to us as responsibility for loss or damage in transit is entirely yours.

We will retain completed work on file for 5 months, after which it will be destroyed unless you make specific arrangements with us beforehand.

Any work required on Saturday/Sunday/Bank Holidays will incur a charge of £18 / hour.

2. Confidentiality

We guarantee client confidentiality at all times and your details will never be passed onto a third party.  We will be happy to sign a confidentiality agreement if you so require.

We use up-to-date virus checking and spyware detection and all client work is backed up and stored on separate software.

3. Payment

We will invoice clients within 7 working days of completion of work and payment is required within 7 working days after receipt of invoice.

NB. Retainer agreements can be arranged for clients who can guarantee regular monthly work assignments.
