Assist-U is run by Myrtle O'Connor an experienced senior administrator and project support worker with over 20 years working in the public, voluntary and commercial sectors.

Qualifications and Training

  • Degree (History) Honours 2:2
  • BTEC HNC Public Administration (Merit)
  • RSA Typing Stages I, II & III (70wpm)
  • Hemley Fraser presentation skills course
  • EU Structural Funds Guidance & Audit (National
    Training Resource)
  • Managing ESF Budgets (National Training Resource)
  • Knowledge of Prince II Project Management Process
  • Sourcing funding for projects

Also proficient in the following Microsoft packages:

  • Word 2000/XP
  • Excel 2000/XP
  • Access 2000
  • Powerpoint 2000
  • Outlook and internet
